The following are my standard rates; however, all rates are negotiable.
I also offer discounted rates to those providing high volume business.

**If Borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, a fee is still due and payable. This is to ensure that all documents are properly prepared and borrowers are well-informed prior to my arrival.
